If "forest" with six fs was a word, the "fffffforest," what kind of landscape would you imagine? The FFFFFForest is the title of Hideo Furukawa's newest novel, whose final chapter was just published in the magazine Gunzo last December. Rereading this mega novel, I've rediscovered how rich his imagery is of a world that has developed through more than 30 works of his for over 20 years. I heard the hardcover-version will come out this spring. I can't wait to get a copy of The FFFFFForest!
